Tiatr Academy of Goa celebrated the Birth Anniversary of late Lucasinho Ribeiro, the ‘Pioneer of Tiatr’ on 02nd January, 2022 at 10.30. am the Conference Hall of TAG, Campal, Panjim.

Shri. Menino Fernandes, President of TAG welcomed the guests. He gave the brief introduction of late Lucasinho Ribeiro. Italian Bhurgo was the first tiatr written and directed by him which was staged in Mumbai.

Shri. A. N. Nagvenkar, Promoter of Tiatr and Chairman of ANN Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology was the Chief Guest of the function. Shri. Mario Menezes, Vice President of TAG gave the introduction of Chief Guest. Speaking on the occasion Shri. Nagvenkar elisted his experience and difficulties faced while promoting the tiatr and assured his willingness to continue in helping tiatr faculty and promoting tiatr.
